(like fuchsia with an N or you can call me Noosh)
I became a therapist because I believe in the possibility of repair—in relationships, in families, and within ourselves.
I've always been drawn to understanding how we connect with each other, and why sometimes, despite our best intentions, we hurt the people we love most. The patterns we bring into our relationships aren't random—they're shaped by our earliest experiences of being cared for, and by what we learned we needed to do to feel safe and loved.
In my work, I help people see these patterns clearly, without shame. Whether you're a couple stuck in the same painful cycle, a parent struggling to connect with your child, or someone who keeps finding yourself in similar relationship struggles, therapy offers a chance to understand what's driving the patterns—and to choose something different.
I work from a relational lens, which means I'm interested in what happens between people, not just within them. I believe healing happens in connection, and that includes the relationship between us in therapy.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll ask questions that might be uncomfortable, but I'll also make space for whatever you're feeling. This is your process, and my job is to walk alongside you—not to tell you what to do, but to help you find clarity about what you truly need.
I grew up navigating between cultures, which taught me early on about the complexities of identity, belonging, and what it means to feel truly seen. That experience shapes how I show up as a therapist—with curiosity, cultural humility, and deep respect for your story.
I work with people from all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. Whether you're navigating bicultural family dynamics, exploring your identity, or simply trying to feel less alone in your relationship, you belong here.
Therapy isn't just for crisis. It's for anyone who wants something to feel different. If you're here, that's enough of a reason to reach out.
